FAQ
Questions store owners ask before they book a shoot.
How long from shoot to delivery?
Post-production takes three to five working days for most projects, delivery another one to two. You get a fixed delivery date in the quote – for brand and campaign videos it depends on script and locations, for product shoots on the number of products.
Who owns the images and videos?
You do. Every production comes with unrestricted usage rights for all channels, markets and durations – no license renewals, no per-channel fees. The only exception is licensed music or stock elements, which we point out in advance and clear for your intended use.
Do you shoot at your place or ours?
Both. Product shoots usually happen in our own setup in Hamburg, where lighting and backgrounds are standardized so your catalogue stays consistent. Lifestyle content, brand films and anything that needs your location, your team or your production is shot on site – anywhere in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
How do I get products to you?
Ship them. You send us the products with a list of SKUs and the angles or variants you need; we confirm receipt, shoot, and send everything back after delivery. For bulky or high-value items we come to you instead.
Can you organize models, styling and locations?
Yes. Models, hair and make-up, styling, props and locations are planned in pre-production and listed as separate items in the quote, so you see exactly what they cost and decide what you need.
How many revisions are included?
You approve the image selection or the rough cut before we finish, and corrections on the final delivery are part of the project. What is not included – and what we flag before it happens – is a change of concept after the shoot, because that usually means shooting again.
Which formats and files do we receive?
Photos as high-resolution JPEGs and, on request, layered PSD or TIFF, plus web-sized versions in the ratios your shop and marketplaces require. Videos as 4K master files plus cut-downs in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 – with and without captions, with music and as clean versions. Raw material on request.
What does a production cost?
Product shoots are priced per product and angle, videos as a fixed-price project, ongoing content as a monthly volume. You get a written quote after the briefing – before anything is booked – and we keep it. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice.
