Index AI is a Shopify application by BrandUp Factory. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our app. By installing Index AI, you agree to this policy.

Shopify Store Data — Shop domain, shop name, shop owner email, currency, billing address, and Shopify plan information.

Product Data — Product titles, descriptions, images, and metadata for AI content generation.

Google Analytics Data — Read-only access to analytics data when connected, for performance insights and optimization recommendations.

Usage Data — App interactions and generated content history to improve our services.

3. Third-Party Services

OpenAI — Product data is processed through OpenAI's API for content generation.

Google APIs — Analytics data retrieval when connected. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Security

All data is stored on EU-based servers with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We conduct regular security audits and maintain strict access controls.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

6. Data Retention

When you uninstall Index AI, all stored data is automatically deleted within 30 days. This includes store data, generated content, and connected account data. For immediate deletion, contact us directly.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
