By installing Section Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement between you and BrandUp Factory. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Free sections are available at no cost. Premium sections and subscriptions are billed through Shopify and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. You may cancel anytime through Shopify admin. Refunds follow Shopify's refund policy.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, sections, and templates are owned by BrandUp Factory and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use purchased content, not ownership.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations or at our discretion. You may terminate by uninstalling from Shopify. Installed sections remain functional after uninstallation. Account data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hamburg, Germany.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
